SHIPPING 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post, excluding furniture items. All orders are processed within 48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders should arrive to you within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise advised.

Delivery is $9.95 per order, for anywhere in Australia.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Nest of Pambula offers world wide delivery for $14.95. Delivery to all other countries is approx 7-21 business days. Orders are shipped via a postal service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

DAMAGE & FAULTY GOODS 

All Nest of Pambula pieces are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us within seven days of receipt to discuss options.

PAYMENT 

Nest of Pambula accepts credit cards and direct debit payments via PayPal – you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. All pricing of Nest of Pambula pieces and delivery fees are in Australian Dollars ($AU) and includes Goods & Services Tax (gst), unless otherwise stated.

Please be assured that Nest of Pambula recognizes that privacy of personal information is important. We only seek information that we require to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process and deliver orders and/or to inform you of special promotions. We will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.
